DJ AJ FALCON RESCHEDULING/COVID/PANDEMIC/STORM POLICIES.
These have been challenging times , BUT things appear to be improving with the number of cases trending down, and vaccine rollout improving. The safety as well as the happiness of you and your guests, is always a prime concern of ours. We observe all recommended CDC guidelines, and I’m fully vaccinated. There’s really encouraging news as the vaccine rollout continues with regard to outdoor events and the relaxing of mask requirements for outdoor events if guests are fully vaccinated.
The next area of concern has to do with rescheduling or cancellations. We hope this doesn’t happen, but IF it does, we want you to be at ease knowing we always want to be fair and flexible if you ever need to reschedule or cancel your wedding or event due to pandemics, weather (hurricanes, storms, etc), health, etc.
There are two main scenarios, the most common being RESCHEDULING where you are just changing the date and maybe the venue. Then there is CANCELLATION where you are canceling our services due to the above. Let’s briefly cover these.
When you reschedule, based on availability, there will be no charge if you give us at least a month’s advance notice, and any monies paid would be applied to the available date. We just ask that whenever possible, you give us as much advance notice of your plan to change the date and/or venue. If however, it’s a cancellation due to any of the above, the retainer is generally non-refundable BUT we will refund 50% of your retainer as we have already put in time and effort into your event during our thorough planning and consultations with you and possibly foregone booking the date with another inquiry. Sounds fair? If you’re rescheduling within LESS than a month, we would treat it the same way as a cancellation with a 50% refund of your retainer.
You’ll find we always want to do the right thing, be fair, and ethical.
